Hard Rock Cafe Japan Member's Card
-Program Summary-

The Hard Rock Cafe Japan Member's Card can be used only at the Hard Rock Cafes throughout Japan.

★Guidelines for the Member's Card Program-
  • It is necessary to fill out the application form.
  • There is a 500 yen enrollment fee (tax included).
  • There is no annual fee.
  • The card will be provided to you immediately at the Hard Rock Cafe where you purchase the Member's Card.
★Benefits of the Member's Card Program-
  • Points are earned based on 5% of the total amount of purchases (excl. consumption tax). Points will be redeemable on your next purchase onward.
  • During your Birthday month, you will receive DOUBLE POINTS for your purchases, i.e., 5% x 2 = 10%.
★The Card Validity-
  • The Member's Card has no expiration date but if it is not used for a period of one year, it will become invalid and the previous points will not be redeemable.
★Change of Personal Information-
  • If you change your personal information filled in the apprication form, please go to our website www.hardrockjapan.com and look for the change of personal information icon and follow the directions, or go to the Hard Rock Cafe where you purchased the card as the manager will assist you.
★Loss of the Member's Card-
  • If you lose your Member's Card, please inform the Hard Rock Cafe where you purchased the card as the manager will assist you. Unfortunately, we will not be able to transfer your accumulated points.
★Reissue of the Member's Card-
  • Please refer to the above “Guidelines for the Member's Card” for details.
★Withdrawal-
  • Please visit to www.hardrockjapan.com and follow the procedures listed for“Withdrawal” or visit a Hard Rock Cafe.
★Loss of Membership Privileges-
　Under the following situations where dishonest behavior is discovered, the card will become invalid-
  • If the Member transfers their card to others.
  • If the Member creates a false report in the card entry time.
  • If the Member acts in a dishonest manner to the company.

★Other-
  • At times, it will be necessary for the company to make changes to the membership rules and regulations.
  • It is at the option of the company to make these changes and these changes will be part of the program.
