Hard Rock Cafe, one of the most popular and well-known restaurants in the world.
It opened in 1971 at London, England. 30th Year-Celebration is on-going.
On June 14, 1971, two young American in London opened a restaurant serving hamburgers and other unique American foods. In addition to these American food menus, then not so popular in Europe, friendly service, and exciting interior decorations have become one of the topics of a talk among Europeans. The restaurant was soon added to be one of the places to visit in London. The two young Americans are Peter Morton and Issac Tigrett.
Their love for Rock'n Roll music and their American hospitality sprit are still alive vividly, even after 30 years, at every Hard Rock Cafe in the world. The established Mottoes; "Love All-Serve All", "All Is One", and "Save The Planet" are extended into local charitable activities around each Hard Rock Cafe. Hard Rock Cafe operates in 38 countries and has been offering visitors a truly unique dining experience.
